Welcome to the ...

My name is Liz Shady I've been Crazy
way before radio didn't play me.
5. Skiing in Squaw Valley/Hanging in San Fran. This involved some or all of the following: dying my hair black with red highlights; shaving mohawks into two of my friends heads and then dying them both red; hiking up to the top of a reeeeeeeeeeeally high peak that made us feel like we were at the top of the world; having an extremely shady encounter with a random group of Mexican immigrants.
4. San Diego. After getting off to an EXXXXXTREMELY rocky start that involved leaving at 11 a.m. on a plane the day after my Worst St. Patty's Day Ever and my exboyfriend absolutely hating me for leaving him with a large cooking pot full of puke, my bestest Rachael and I proceeded to do the following: rent a really crappy car that nearly broke down about 84 times on the freeway; meet a gay boy named Carrie Bradshaw (for real - he showed up his drivers license) who actually wore the "carrie" necklace; visit U of San Diego and get really really lost on the campus (hard to do because it's just not that big); go to Catalina Island and get sun poisoned even though there was like no sun and the weather was freeeeezing...etc.
3. Cayman Islands (always). This involves the times I was there with my fam over new years and my sis and I went out together on NYE until 6 a.m. with a med student from Tufts and then I proceeded to mistakenly give the cab driver $100 for the cab ride home; the time I was there with my exboyfriend and we met an elvis impersonator dressed in full costume in 85 degree weather; the time that I learned to scuba dive; the time that I was there with Rach and I met "Robin" the Brit who happened to be the son of my dad's Cayman arch-nemesis (yes he has one in the Caymans); the time I was there with my friends right after graduation and we met "Mr. Cayman" who tried to fight another local boy for me; and the time I was there last week with my dearest bff's and we met (among others) a South African with HORRIBLE teeth, a 21 year old Italian boy who fell in Lurve with Mar, a 24 year old French Canadian dude who told me that we were "Destined" for each other after knowing me for 20 minutes, and where Brooke left her card mistakenly at the bar only to have it STOLEN by the bartender and a $500 charge to Papa John's (of all f'ing places!!!) was rung up on it at 4 a.m.
2. Las Vegas BAAAAAAAAAABY! Last summer my old work (which by the way was the BEST PLACE to work EVER!) took us all to Vegas for a bar crawl. That's right - we did a bar crawl throughout Vegas. This involved starting at the Mirage at 2 p.m. and hitting ever single casino bar on the strip. To win you had to make it back by dawn to the Mirage, after going up one side of the strip and down the other. The winner??? ME AND MY FRIEND JOE - OF COURSE! They clllllllllllaim that we didn't "technically" win because we didn't have a drink in Paris but instead just wandered around in the garden stupidly. Whatever - we won. We ended the night in the 24 hr. diner in the Mirage where we proceeded to order a coke and then I felt like I was going to slowly pass out underneath the table, so we just left before I DIED.
1. Germany/Switzerland. For serious the beeeeeeeeest vacation ever. A week touring around with six boys and myself - my fav boys to travel with always - doing the following: exploring the red light district of Zurich; eating numerous gyros at 4 a.m. on the streets of Munich and Zurich; drinking 17 bottles of wine on the 4 hr. train ride between Zurich and Munich between 4 people; getting locked out of my exboyfriend's Zurich apartment at 5 a.m. when we were leaving at 6:30 a.m. to go skiing the next day and going down to the street to the bar that closed for one hour between 6 and 7 a.m. to continue to drink and then skiing on absolutely no sleep and me THROWING my skiies down on the street in the Alps and yelling "KEVIN, CARRY THOSE FOR ME DAMMIT" (i loooove you kev!!); visiting really depressing concentration camps whilst hung over; and getting into a fight with my exboyfriend which ended with us travelling back to Switz together w/out speaking one word to each other the entire time.

Hanging in Breckenridge (my fav ski place EVER) with my boys

I am glad to be one of the first people to welcome you back. So welcome back...
My best vacation? Athens, Greece. The party never stopped.
I could hook you up with a hot friend. I have many, but you'll probably only need one at a time. We'll chat another time, because I'm on my way to LA. Peace.
Welcome back!
I love vacation and wish I could figure out a way to have a permanent vacation to my favorite vacation spot - Hawaii!
all is right in the world again.
I think my fave vacation is still the cruise VK & I took in 2002. Granted, my own Vegas exploits rank up there, too, but the cruise involved international waters, long distance phone calls, LOTS of tequila, and being engaged to a guy I had known for 3 days.
My whole life is a vacation, thus it would be a bit silly of me to chime in with my favorite vacation destination.
Harlow again Liz...
"I know what you did last summer"

Hey hun...welcome back...sry couldnt do lunch today...but soon very soon...my best vaction, when I went to Kenya...you know the story
My best vacations were in Miami and South Carolina. Ahhh...the beach the beach
You're back. Hurrah! Now, I can just focus on combatting my alcohol withdrawl.
withdraw from alcohol??? say it ain't so!!!!!!!
I feel like I haven't been anywhere. I've been all over this country, but not really for vacations. And I've been to Spain, France, and Germany, but to study. So I guess I still have yet to take that fab "vacation."
Oh, I guess I retract. I really liked my vacation in Puerto Rico. Spring Break 2004. Spring Break 2005 in Miami was nice, too. Tijuana was interesting, but that was for the night. I'd really like Montreal, if it wasn't so fucking cold most of the time.
Withdrawl from alcohol...because it had been an hour since I had a drink. Don't worry -- I haven't fallen onto the wagon.
u go 2 a helluva lot of places
